As valedictorian of his class and the top student in Anchorage, Alaska — Dr. Aseem Chawla earned a coveted place on the All‑USA High School Academic Team. He went on to the Ivy League, completing a degree in economics at Dartmouth College before earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the prestigious Tufts University in Boston. READ MORE

Dr. Khoramshahi moved to the United States at the age of 18, embracing a new life and an uncertain future. In time, she discovered a deep passion for dentistry and, despite numerous challenges along the way, committed herself fully to making it her life’s work.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from UCLA in 2013 and went on to graduate from the UNLV School of Dental Medicine in 2018. Since then, she has been proud to serve her community with exceptional, detail-oriented dental care. She is devoted to continual growth, regularly pursuing advanced continuing-education courses and learning alongside respected mentors to refine her clinical expertise.
Known to her patients as Dr. Shahi, she is dedicated to elevating health and confidence: improving lives, one smile at a time.
Outside the office, she has been happily married for 19 years and is the proud mother of a six-and a two-year-old. Her interests include reading, watching culinary programs, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
Periodontal & Implant Specialist
Laurence J. Levine, DDS, is a specialist in periodontics in Las Vegas, Nevada. He practices the full scope of periodontal and surgical dentistry, with particular emphasis on osseous and periodontal surgery, dental implants (both surgical placement and restorative), bone grafting, and comprehensive restorative dentistry.
Dr. Levine earned his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College and went on to complete a general practice residency at Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery, where he received his DDS and his post‑doctoral certificate in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry.
In addition to his clinical training, Dr. Levine served as a part‑time faculty member at Columbia’s dental school, taught periodontics at local research centers, participated in multiple study groups, and published papers in the fields of oral medicine and implant dentistry.
From 1963 to 2018, Dr. Levine maintained a respected private practice in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, under his own name. Over the course of his career, he has placed more than 9,000 implants and especially enjoys collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary restorative dental team.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Levine has long been passionate about an active lifestyle. He has competed in tournament‑level tennis, practiced martial arts, and spent many years as a mountaineer. He continues to believe that exercise and nutrition are the true fountain of youth. Dr. Levine and his wife, Lynn, are delighted to call southern Nevada home and are enjoying the many friendships they have formed in the community.
